Here are some more information for Amp Electrode:

Medical And Scientific Amplifiers Let Us Notice Details
Amplifiers are used in many fields, but in scientific and medical fields they have an important use. Amps are used constantly and they impact collecting data in the lab as well as information from patients. A number of these precision instruments can be hooked up to computers and specialized software programs can gather and organize the information into a cohesive whole.
Most of the signals coming from the human body are too small to easily interpret with our own senses, and without these tools to track data it’s quite difficult to keep track of how a patient is doing. One of the more common uses is in tracking blood pressure. There are a number of noninvasive blood pressure systems available that record the signal from the fingers of a patient literally beat by beat, allowing for a nearly instant analysis of their condition. The more advanced models use a double finger cuff that is actually quite comfortable to wear and is easy to slip onto the patient’s fingers. With a constant output signal these tools can also monitor systolic, diastolic, mean blood pressure and even heart rate.
Another important use for amplifiers in the medical field is carbon dioxide measuring. There is equipment that responds very quickly to varying levels of carbon dioxide concentration, letting doctors know the details of oxygen exchange inside the body. They can even take breath by breath measurements and interface with software programs that allow the results to be graphed clearly. Few tools are more important than ones that allow for real time analysis of data.
There are even amplifiers that handle input from micro-electrodes. They can pick up the signals from muscle tissue at rest and in action and record them, allowing doctors to understand what is going on inside a patient’s body. There are even amps that handle nerve and cortical signals. There are many different programs that deal with the flood of information generated by the instruments and organize it into easily accessed data.
When you think about the many different signals coming from our bodies that we don’t even notice let alone are able to gather and analyze, amps are clearly needed. For doctors and their teams to diagnose issues correctly they need to have accurate data and these instruments provide clear lifesaving information consistently.

Clarke 131E welder HELP?
I just got this welder to replace my vaper 70 amp welder because the clarke put out more amps. But the vaper welder was better. when im using my clarke I have the amps as high as they can go with 3/32 electrodes and can almost never get it to arc and when it does it sucks so bad it doesn't even do anything. The only thing I can think of is that I'm only using a 15 amp circuit which its recommended input amp circuit is 22. but my vaper welder blow fuse sometimes which is using less amps than my clarke and that doesn't blow fuses. but anyway do you think if i installed a 30 amp circuit it would work good? Or is it not even worth it because clarke welders suck?
Obviously,,make certain you're using an AC rod.
No Rod numbers ending in "10"
When Rods stick trying to start,,that means Amps are too LOW.
If Amps are already set on the welder's Maximum setting,,
It means Rods are Too Big.
Try 1/16" Rods if you can find some,,,though 3/32" should be fine.
Lincoln "Fleetweld 180" are the best starting rods for small ,low voltage welders...3/32" is their smallest-that's OK

If Your Breaker is NOT kicking off,,,,increasing it's size wont make any difference.
But it IS odd ,,that persistent Sticking is not tripping the breaker off,,,especially a 15A
The Welder itself has a 16A thermostat,,,,
it Might be tripping before your Service Breaker does.???
I never have used a Clarke welder of any type.
A common prob with inexpensive units is Arc strike and stability.
Even so,,,Clarke welders seem to be Very Highly regarded,,,lots of very experienced folks rank them comparable to the top name brands
You can monitor Voltage and get an idea what the machine is doing.
Simply connect an AC Voltmeter across the leads.
Use jumper wire from Rod Holder and from Work,,,connect meter to the jumper wires.
See what Open Circuit Volts are,,compared to when running a bead,,,,and You can Also see if voltage Quits when trying to start an Arc.
If it QUITS the unit's thermal breaker is tripping and You have no voltage to maintain an arc after striking.
A good possibility is,,,your unit is Defective somehow.
By all rights,,it SHOULD be kicking a 15A Breaker almost instantly.
If it AIN'T,,,that's either a Bad Breaker,,,but the Vaper tripped it which sorta makes Breaker seem OK.
OR,,the Clarke somehow is simply Not drawing enough current to trip the breaker,,,which would Definitely yield very low welder output.
Maybe as simple as the Amp Selector Yoke is out of adjustment,,or damaged????
Simplest thing to do is Exchange it for a replacement.
Clarke has "World's Worst Website",,,it has virtually No Info.
But they do have Contact Info.
Might try contacting them and see what they say about it.

White LEDs with super-high luminous efficacy could satisfy all general lighting needs
(PhysOrg.com) -- Researchers from the Nichia Corporation in Tokushima, Japan, have set an ambitious goal: to develop a white LED that can replace every interior and exterior light bulb currently used in homes and offices. The properties of their latest white LED - a luminous flux of 1913 lumens and a luminous efficacy of 135 lumens per watt at 1 amp - enable it to emit more light than a typical ...
