- Cut your pegboard to the right size to fit inside the plywood.
- Use your all purpose UV protector stain paint to place two coats on the plywood and pegboard separately.
- Once dry, screw down your pegboard to your plywood.
- Assemble your solar cells in series with the tabbing wire, bus wire, and flux pen.
- Mount your solar cells on top of your pegboard evenly spaced.
- Create your negative and positive connections with your copper wire (usually red and black) and solder them to your bus wire, and run them through the two pre-drilled holes in the plywood.
- Lay transparent or plexiglass on top of the entire frame, and apply silicon around the exterior of the glass. Before you screw the glass down to the plywood to create a tighter seal, pre-drill your holes to prevent cracks from forming. Allow the silicon to dry for 24 hours.
- Connect the positive and negative connections from the solar panel to the charge controller.
- Connect the positive and negative connections from the charge controller to the deep cycle battery.
- Connect the positive and negative connections from the deep cycle battery to the DC to AC inverter.
After a couple of weeks it would be a good idea to check your solar panels voltage and current to make sure everything is still working properly. You will also need to maintain keeping the solar panel's glass clean from any dirt that may accumulate overtime. Be sure to check after a rainy day that no water got inside your solar panel.

my computer makes very strange noises in start up?
Hello, my computer has been kind of screwed up since yesterday. When I reset it, during start up it makes very strange noises. The noises seem to be coming from the hard drive area. Sometimes it won't start up, simply go to a black screen. I've only started experiencing this last night. When I look through the plexiglass screen, I can see that the interior is very dusty. Do you think this is the source of the problem? Any other solutions would be very helpful, thank you very much.
It sounds as if you are about to experience hard drive failure.
Without hearing it myself I can't be 100% certain, but, back up your data immediately to cd before you cannot boot at all.
A cleaning certainly wouldn't hurt if it is dusty inside, the noise could also be a cooling fan jamming up with gunk and dust, on it's way to failure.
Then prepare to purchase a new hard drive. You can get them cheap from ebay or your local Craigslist.
