Here are some more information for Can Sealer:

A commercial concrete floor sealer, also known as concrete floor finisher, is a resin-based, water emulsion sealing compound applied on concrete floors to protect them from corrosion and other harmful elements. It boasts a glossy hard finish and excellent adhesion properties. Commercial concrete floor sealers are most commonly used to seal the floors of commercial areas like offices, factories, and stores. The main purpose of a commercial concrete floor sealer is to deliver an economic, long lasting, and serviceable finish to commercial concrete floors.
Commercial concrete floor sealers shield the floors against dust and moisture damage. Additionally, they protect floors from the harmful effects of weak acids, salts and stains. Sealers comprising epoxies, linseed oil and various urethane based materials are used for commercial concrete floors. Commercial concrete sealers containing siloxane water repellent help to avoid spalling and the premature deterioration of floors. Likewise, for a chemical resistant surface, penetrating concrete sealers are an ideal option.
Sealing the commercial concrete floor not only protects it from everyday wear but also enhances the color of the acid stained floor. Usually, concrete floor sealers are easy to apply and quick-drying. A brush, roller or commercial spray equipment can be used for applying the sealer. A recommended first step in the application of sealers is to clean the floor with some cleaning solution. Commercial concrete floor sealers can also be used on old floors, which are affected by white stains and adhesion problems.
Concrete floor sealers like Chem-calk® 950 polyurethane sealant with tear and abrasion features are suitable for sealing concrete floors in mall areas. In the case of steel-troweled commercial concrete floors, concrete sealers with silicates and surface active agents can be applied. Some of the recent additions in the commercial concrete floor sealer market are sealers colored with quality pigments, sealers with waterproofing coating, and fiber-reinforced concrete sealers with great adherence and mechanical features.

Concrete Sealer Helps Protect and Decorate
The use of concrete sealer is not only important when you install decorative concrete masterpieces into your floor, but also in high traffic areas in basements, garages and even driveways to help prevent damage and keep the concrete clean from damaging substances.
This is especially true when there are possible spills of corrosive substances or when the floor is subject to high moisture or other types of damaging conditions. Sealer can keep floors protected for longer periods of time than bare concrete would last and extends the serviceable life of the concrete by many years.
As an investment in beauty and durability, you will want to use concrete sealers whenever possible, as soon as the concrete installation sets and has had time to dry properly. Sealers also make it possible to reduce staining and other unsightly markings on concrete by producing a layer of protective coating that is non-porous.
You must always take care when applying the sealer so that it evenly distributes amongst the area being treated. Different treatment types will also come with different drying times and other possible maintenance requirements.
Depending on your concrete purposes, the sealer you use may need to have special properties. Some sealers come in various tints to help add some decorative flare or beautifying properties to mimic stone or other surfaces. Some sealers can come with various grit levels to provide slip resistant properties for concrete.
This is especially useful in garages and places where water flows or slippery substances make their way onto the floor. There are even sealers designed to be used on concrete that will constantly be exposed to water or is even used in underwater applications. Special sealers are available for a large variety of different concrete applications.
Picking the right sealer is usually simple if you know how it will be used right away. If you do not know what you need, you can always try the process of elimination to determine the right sealer. This could be determining factors such as area of use, possible stresses, need for slip resistance and color needed.
If the process of elimination is not helpful, then it is best to ask someone who could help you or research the types of sealers used for your application. Online sites that have sealers for purchase will have everything categorized in many different ways. You can often just find the one you need from a list of common concrete uses and order it quickly and easily to be shipped right away.

Is it a good idea to apply grout sealer , I purchased One step grout sealer which comes in a spray can and what type of cleaning solution should I use to mop it?
Absolutely use grout sealer, it will prevent mold and mildew and make daily clean up a lot easier. As for daily cleaning, it depends upon where you installed the tile.
Bathroom: Bathroom products with bleach in them
