Tall and old-fashioned looking with a plated metallic finish on its base, this blender will crush ice and blend frozen fruit beautifully in a few seconds. This blender feels sturdy: the lid, with a cap that doubles as a 1-ounce measurer, fits securely, and the pitcher, made of thick, ridged glass, won't wobble. Many chefs prefer a blender rather than a food processor for soups and creamy sauces--the blades of a good blender whirl more quickly than those of a food processor and will refine a thin liquid such as cream of tomato soup to an incomparably silky texture. This blender is definitely up to that task. The fixed, self-cleaning stainless-steel blades on the base of the pitcher mean the lid is the only separate part to wash. --Maria Dolan |

What do you think of $500 off your current mortgage payment? If you think this is a big relief for your monthly payments, especially if you are currently unemployed, then you are reading the right article. This is all about the Citigroup loan modification, a program that can reduce your monthly payment slashing off $500 from your loan.
The program is called the Homeowner Unemployment Assist Program, available to those who meet the qualifications based on the following:
- House on mortgage is a primary and permanent residence
- Be 60 days or more delinquent on payments
- Having a first mortgage owned and serviced by Citigroup
- Job loss due brought about by the recession
The Citigroup loan alteration is a temporary solution to financial crisis affecting the payments of monthly mortgage. The lowered or modified payments are good for 3 months, and other fees and charges are waived. After 3 months, when the homeowner has a new job, then the regular payments will resume. Alternatively, the borrower can apply for a long-term loan modification. If however, after 3 months the homeowner is still unemployed, the mortgage plan will be reviewed to consider the eligibility of a long-term help. Of course, the homeowner must be able to meet Citigroup's criteria for its loan alteration program.
Citigroup also has a Homeowners Assistance Program that offers help to those who may not exactly be delinquent in their payments but are besieged with their financial obligations. This alternative Citigroup loan modification program offers home retention solutions to qualified borrowers.

What Will You Wear This St. Patrick's Day?
Whether you're Irish or simply love Irish traditions and holidays, St. Patrick's Day brings Irish cheer to many people around the world. St. Patrick's Day is a celebration of all things Irish, commemorated on March 17 when many families gather and serve cabbage, corned beef, and delightful mint chocolate pies. Some cities even celebrate by changing entire bodies of water to the color green to remember the beloved St. Patrick.
The holiday also sparks a tradition of shopping for and wearing Irish t-shirts and apparel, usually the color green. People celebrate by wearing cute Irish accessories and fun clothing to create humor on the holiday.
Brief History of St. Patrick's Day
The holiday remembers St. Patrick, one of Ireland's patron saints. St. Patrick was born to a family of aristocrats in Whales and was set on course to become a priest. He was captured at 16 years of age and taken to Ireland by Irish raiders. For six years, he was held captive, but was also able to grow spiritually during this time. He believed he heard the voice of God commanding him to leave Ireland, so he escaped to Britain after walking hundreds of miles.
He became a priest and returned to Ireland, knowing that many citizens of Ireland were pagans at the time. He created the famous Celtic Cross and used some of the Irish customs he had learned to celebrate Easter. Many people believe St. Patrick died on March 17 in 461 AD. His legend grew in Ireland and the UK as the man who single-handedly spread Christianity throughout Ireland during his day. Perhaps the most famous legendary story about St. Patrick is that he drove out snakes while in Ireland. Though this story is probably not true, many Irishmen claim that a snake cannot be found in Ireland!
Celebrations of St. Patrick's Day
Today, St. Patrick's Day is celebrated around the world. In Ireland, it was once a religious holiday, but is now used to draw millions of tourists each year with parades, fireworks, and live entertainment. In America, there are parades, Irish dances and jigs, Irish singing, wearing Leprechaun-themed outfits, clovers with three leaves, and more. The holiday is celebrated with a day of prayer by many Irish Catholic families. St. Patrick's Day is often called by a nickname, St. Paddy's Day. There are even products and icons designed specifically for the holiday such as Paddy the loveable Leprechaun, which can be bought in various themes like Cop Paddy, Firefighter Paddy, or Cowboy Paddy.
St. Patrick's Day Online Shopping
Those wanting to celebrate "St. Paddy's Day" can find great items online for the occasion. There are Leprechaun crafts and gifts. For work or school, lots of people wear Irish T-shirts and apparel. For the true fan, there are even Paddy mugs, mouse pads, teddy bears, pillows, buttons, and tote bags. One custom is to wear green so you won't get pinched. These items have plenty of green for protection!
St. Patrick's Day offers a fun-filled holiday of remembrance for everyone, young or old. It's a day focused on an important turning point in Irish history, but is celebrated by people of all descents.

4 leaf clover tattoo on the back of my neck.. any tips?
hey, i going getting a 4 leaf clover in a celtic style (to symbolize being an irish girl) on the back of my neck.. i was wondering if anyone had got a tattoo in this spot before and would give me some info on wat it felt like and how well did it heal..
all information is greatly appreciated..
i hav thought about this tatto for 2 years.. since just before my 18th birthday but decided to wait till i was a bit older..
i understand they are permanant.. but iv always wanted a small tatto to help me show my irish blood, being born and raised in a very irish home.
i hav heard from most that the back of the neck isnt as painful as the foot.. but tattoos are all painful in the end..
Personally I have no tattoo experience, but my friend got a tattoo on her neck, she said it hurt like hell. She says it was very much worth it however, the finished result looked outstanding.
