Are there any decent, full-size Dual voltage 1800W+ Ionic hairdryers on the market? i.e NOT a Travel version!!
I bought my wife a good brand travel 1200W ionic hair dryer, but she has to travel to US/Latin America a lot - hates the crappy hotel ones - is in love with her Tardis technology hairdryer - and says that it might "go puff, and die" if she uses it in 110/120v countries. I suggested a voltage converter (really though, they are too heavy to travel everywhere with), but it seems that for her all she truly wants is a voltage switch on a hair dryer that IS NOT a travel version!
I am asking you all out there FIRST - if there is one I can get here in the UK, and SECOND - if there is one on the US market. Three requirements - Dual-voltage,1800W+ and one that is an ionic hair dryer.
Btw - my wife is not demanding at all but simply has a lot of hair to dry - she is feeling really frustrated trying to find this type of product!
