A vehicle's transmission system should not be ignored until there's a major problem. Your transmission is an important part of your vehicle and any indication of a problem should be checked out immediately. Repairs are always easier and take less time and money if the problem is caught at an early stage.

When a part becomes worn down or damaged in some way, it can begin to interfere with other moving parts.
When this happens you will hear a grating or knocking noise and you must have it investigated. If you find the defective part before it starts causing damage to other components, your repair cost will be reduced as will the time you have to spend without wheels.
Several other warning signs exist, such as the presence of fluid under your vehicle or a check engine light coming on. Whenever you notice a change in your vehicle, be sure to have it checked out.
Your car is a major investment and it needs to be taken care of. Manufacturer recommendations about service should also be followed to ensure your transmission remains in good working order for the life of your car. Don't be stranded by a transmission problem, have any changes or suspected problems looked at immediately.

EZ Guide to Spotting a Fake Torah Yad (Pointer) or Besamim (Spice) Holder
eBay is full of counterfeit Judaica for sale.
Let me show you an easy way to spot most of the fake Torah yads and besamim holders.
Look at the besamim holder above. It is formed by welding together five parts: the eagle on top, the crudely-made filigree ball, the larger silver ball, the little boy, and the filigree base. There are some additional decorations: the Star of David welded on top of the larger silver ball and various blue and red stones.
Genuine antique silver IS NOT made by welding together little parts.
The fake items on eBay use similar parts again and again.
See examples of these parts below. If your item contains any of these parts, IT IS A FAKE.
Below is an example of the "sad rabbi." Torah yads and besamim holders are meant to celebrate happy occassions. Why would any Jew buy an item with a sad rabbi?
Similarly, here are some grotesque forms. One is reading a book (a siddur, perhaps?). The other looks like he just survived a pogrom. Again, why would any Jew buy this item?

I have a 16.5 aluminum V bottom from basspro it is a 1988 year model. I have had no leaks to date. (I baby it too). Guess like every thing else you can get a bad one in anything.
