Here are some more information for Feed Welder:

Companies worldwide rely on the commercial welder in a number of different situations. Commercial welders can be electric welders, spot welders, gas welders as well as MIG or TIG welders to assist companies in all situations affording them the necessary application to complete a required weld on various jobs. They are found in a multitude of industries including shipbuilding, aerospace and the automotive arena to include cars used for racing. These companies depend on the strength of the finished weld when constructing their particular product.
Many companies have experienced an increase in production due to the use of a commercial welder. These superbly manufactured welders afford businesses a cost effective alternative to high quality welding by increasing the production output. In addition, a welder built to perform on a commercial basis is more likely able to handle the extreme production expectations found in many businesses. There are portable options also available to assist those companies that are required to weld out in the field or away from their shop. These portable welders are as dependable as their closely related non-portable options.
Another great option commonly found in a commercial welder is the ability to operate off of various electrical sources. Commercially rated welders commonly come with a three- phase option as opposed to the 1- phase option seen in residential rated welders. This three- phase option allows them to operate from various electrical inputs without manual manipulation. This technology eliminates the down time that it takes to access other electrical input or various machines to complete a job. In turn, companies see quicker turn around time in their work. This is especially important for those companies that find themselves commonly out in the field fabricating or repairing various equipment.
One thing that remains unchanged regardless if one is using a residential welder or a commercial welder is the fact that matching the type of filler to the work piece will dictate the outcome of the quality of a weld. In other words, the filler must be compatible to the metal being welded. Today fillers can be found in a number of types like tubular wire, solid wire, sheets, paste, power and foil. However, as research and technology continues to gain ground, great advances are expected in being able to weld metals using dissimilar types of alloys or materials. These steps will provide commercial welding operations with even greater advantages in the years to come.

Continuous coil equipment improves production time
When it comes to finding the best in continuous coil equipment and resistance welders for all your company's manufacturing needs, look no farther than world leader Guild International Inc.
Guild International has made superior quality resistance welders and continuous coil equipment since 1958. Guild's engineers understand the intricacies of joining metals together under pressure using heat produced by an electric current. They are constantly striving to improve the design and manufacture of continuous coil equipment and resistance welders to meet rigorous engineering standards.
Guild's clients expect superior performance from its products. Its resistance welders and continuous coil equipment are known for their consistent ability to increase manufacturing productivity at installations worldwide.
Among resistance welders, Guild offers two of the world's best-known units: the NB Overlap Resistance Welder and the NB Rollspot/Seam Welder..
NB Overlap Resistance Welder produces a high-strength weld quickly, and can be used on most materials of any width up to about 2,500mm (100 inches), ranging in thickness from 0.075mm (0.003 inch) up to about 6.5mm (0.250 inch).
The NB Series Rollspot/Seam Welder is perfect for manufacturing that requires the flexibility of spot or seam welding using the resistance process. Processing lines such as paint, leveling, plating, galvanizing, cleaning, polishing, grinding or annealing could make good use of this machine.
The Rollspot/Seam Welder uses a current wheel and a weld wheel to make a weld nugget for joining ends. A steady movement of the weld wheels makes a seam for light-gauge material such as aluminum. The wheels make brief stops on the strip to create spot welds when working with thicker material such as iron. Welds made using electrical resistance like this are usually free of rust, scale or other processing debris.
When it comes to continuous coil equipment, Guild's SF Speed Funnel quickly and accurately assists in feeding the new coil into a flattener or shearwelder. The latest design for this continuous coil equipment has eliminated the need for cumbersome peeler blades or strip center supports, which slow down production.
Guild's SF Speed Funnel for continuous coil equipment boasts four exclusive features:
* Two chutes, one upper and one lower, improve delivery.
* Hydraulics extend and retract rach chute extends and retracts hydraulically.
* Each chute also pivots using hydraulics.
* Each chute includes a hardened steel hold down roll for stability.
With these features, the SF Speed Funnel has eliminated the need for those peeler blades or strip center supports. This design significantly raises a mill's uptime by providing quick, easy threading of new coil end.
Guild International Inc. offers more than its Speed Funnel and Resistance Welders. Customers can choose from a complete line of rotary and cropshears, uncoilers, tube mill entry machines, flatteners and semi-automatic shearwelders, plus Guild's patented Zipwelders™ and strip accumulators such as its Supercoils®, Superloops(TM) and Continuous Coils.
Guild's team of design engineers can aid any manufacturing firm in evaluating its equipment needs, assuring that new additions will be compatible with existing systems. The recognized world leader in coil machinery for all strip processing is Guild International Inc.

I got a lincoln 100 HD Welder and the feed is surging...ideas?
when hitting trigger it intermitanly comes out. surging i guess id say. any ideas?
That's a wire welder?
Check that the feed roller is making good contact and that the leads are held as straight as possible. Most feed rollers have a tension adjustment.
