Here are some more information for Fibre Metal:

Most people want to live long and healthy lives. Because of this many are willing to change the way they eat and the things that they do in order to make this more likely. One of the changes that can be helpful is to include more dietary fibre in your diet. This is an important area area where many people's diets are lacking and can easily be improved by sensible eating.
Dietary fibre has a number of significant benefits. First of all, it can help with weight loss since it makes you feel more full as you eat the fibrous food and so you end up eating less. It also can help to lower cholesterol, and it might even help to prevent some types of cancer, such as colon cancer.
There are essentially two sorts of dietary fibre present in food and these are beneficial in different ways. The two types are soluble fibre and insoluble fibre. Plants contain both types of fibre in different quantities depending upon the plant.
If you want to eat foods rich in soluble fibre then you have to eat fruit, vegetables, lentils, beans and similar. If you want to eat insoluble fibre then consider such food as brown rice, whole meal bread. Also fruit and vegetables contain ample insoluble fibre as well as soluble fibre.
It is important to drink plenty of fluids such as water, tea, coffee or low calorie squash when eating fibrous foods to allow it to work properly. Food fibre soaks up water like a sponge. It swells as it absorbs water present in the stomach and thus can help to produce a feeling of being full.
Most foods that are high in fibre are low in fat. The exceptions are seeds and nuts. The average adult should consume about eighteen grams of fibre each day, although that figure is under review and may be increased to as much as thirty grams a day. In the United Kingdom, the average person consumes just twelve grams each day and this is far too little.
Dietary fibre helps to lower blood cholesterol. It also assists in keeping blood glucose and insulin levels stable, making it an important factor in reducing the risk of heart disease and type2 diabetes.
Sufferers of diverticulitis, haemorrhoids, and constipation can also find some relief of their symptoms and have fewer problems if they begin to eat a diet that is higher in fibre. Fibre really helps to regulate your system and keep you from getting constipated.
Dietary fibre is found in plant foods only. Canned and frozen produce still has just as much fibre as fresh. However, if you remove seeds or peel the produce you will lose some of the fibre that the food contains.
Since these foods are the cornerstone of a healthy diet anyway and have many other components of excellent nutrition value, such as vitamins and minerals and phytochemicals, it is a good idea to eat more of them, even if it weren't for the added benefits of the fibre they contain.
One obvious way of eating fibre is in the morning with your breakfast. If you start with a bowl of healthy cereal such as wheat biscuits, corn flakes or porridge you are well on the way to boosting your fibre intake.
However many of today's more popular breakfast cereals are devious in their presentation. They are very high in sugars and often much lower in fibre than is imagined. Check the label of your favourite 'sweet cereal' and compare it with that of a more basic version. You will be astonished by the figures. If you or your child wants to have a sweet or 'fruity' breakfast cereal, why not get the unsweetened variety and add your own chopped fruit. It is really tasty, but it also gives a double whammy of fibre while delivering a wholesome and healthy breakfast.
Although there are supplements available that you can use to increase your intake of dietary fibre, these are not recommended as much as getting your fibre from food. First of all you don't get the other added benefits of eating the food, but also they might not be as beneficial for other reasons.
These supplements might interfere with some drugs you might be taking, while food would not. There are also different types of fibre in foods, although it is still not clear which types provide which benefits, so you might be missing out on the benefits you desire if you take a supplement containing the wrong type of fibre.
Another reason for eating your fibre in vegetables and fruit rather than taking a supplement is that they enhance the look of any dish and thus encourage healthy and enjoyable eating.
Finally, remember the recommendations about eating five portions of fruit or vegetables a day? Well, now you understand why this advice is so sound. Dietary fibre keeps you healthy, reduces cholesterol and helps to keep the heart healthy. It can help you reduce weight and lessens the chance of developing diabetes.
Dietary fibre is truly a magic ingredient in our food and one that it is good to know more about and, thus, appreciate the value of.

How Fibre Can Affect Weight Loss And Burn Belly Fat
Fibre has been called the weight watcher's dream for weight loss and keeping it off. The process leads to a fibre weight loss of 15% and more.
Consumption of fiber and weight loss are very closely connected. Fiber is very important to solve the weight loss puzzle. It makes people feel less hungry on account of its bulk and reduces appetite resulting in weightloss. One important aspect of fiber and weight loss is drinking lots of water. It is important to drink lots of fluid along with the fibre, at least 16 ounces of water per serving. Food is a enjoyable part of life, it should remain that way even when you're trying for a quick weight loss diet plan. If you are not used to eating a lot of fruit, vegetables and bran cereals, don't worry, increase your fibre supplement to make it the best weight loss diet plan. It is also important to note for best body fat reduction, it
is best to combine 2 types of fibres. Number 1 fibre that absorbs and blocks fat and number 2, fibre that cleans the colon. A high fibre diet has a great impact on weight loss, studies have shown that majority of people who are overweight have diets low in foods containing fibre.
How Fibre Can Affect Weight Loss.
Fibre is available to the body in two forms: soluble and insoluble. It is a natural appetite suppressant which is why you will often see high-fibre cereals advertising that they can keep you full until lunch. It is very filling and gives a pleasant satisfied feeling in the stomach. Fibre-rich foods also swell and linger in the stomach, creating a sensation of fullness this helps curb overeating. The other benefit is it binds cholesterol, toxins and heavy metals in the digestive tract which may help prevent them from being absorbed. Fibre has a whole range of
functions beneficial to our health and well-being, and is found in a wide variety of the foods we should eat on a daily basis.
Fibre is so important because it does three very important things:
1- Aids in digestion which helps in health and weight management.
2- Insoluble fibre stays in tact in our stomachs and helps to clean out our intestines.
3- Fibre rich foods are often lower in calories than foods containing no/small amount of fibre.
4- Most dietary fibre supplements don't contain any calories.
5- Fibre stays in the stomach longer, keeping you full and less likely to want to snack between meals.
6- Fibre rich foods also act like a sponge and absorb and hold onto water as it is chewed and passes to the stomach.
7- Fibre helps remove fat and unwanted waste from the colon wall.
Can fibre Supplements help weight loss?
When we can't get enough fibre through our diet, it may be appropriate to consider taking a fibre supplement. Your lifestyle, nutritional supplements you take and physical exercises you do, determine the success of any weight
loss treatment. Nutrition studies on foods and dietary supplements have shown to improve performance, promote health and bring about healthy weight loss. A 6 month randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials have been conducted. The treatments consisted of an calorie restricted diet and a dietary fibre supplement amounting to 7 gms per day. It is concluded that a dietary fibre supplement is of value in the management of the overweight individuals, enhancing weight loss and decreasing hunger feelings.
In conclusion check the fibre in various food groups to help choose the proper foods to help acheive your ideal weight, your weight loss goal, or to just live a healthy eating lifestyle. There are innumerable diet plans ranging from hazardous fad diets to the nutritionally healthy diets. Fibre is the key component to any diet plan or for your daily healthy eating habits.

Is there any metal or fiber out there that can resist from 1mhz-30ghz of radio waves/ microwaves/ELF block or?
reflect it away from scaulp area would like to hear from people with sever mental illness'
This question would be better asked in the chemistry or engineering categories where a materials scientist might hang out. Most metals I think will do this. I have had severe mental illness (schizophrenia paranoia). I wonder if you are trying to find a material to place over your head to block unwanted mental voices? I have known schizophrenics who have tried putting metal waste baskets over their heads to block radio waves and I even tried it with a metal helmet. It didn't seem to work. The anti-psychotic medications that I have been on for many years seem to do the job for me.
Good luck with your medications, good mental health, peace and Love! Have a merry Christmas!
