Well first off, Making HHO (OxyHydrogen) from water requires a few safety precautions. You should not attempt it without first understanding bubblers and other safety measures that are normally used. This is the basic idea behind how you make HHO gas ran vehicles.
You first install a small container in the engine compartment, then you take a little bit of baking soda and add it to the small container, then you add water. Hit it with electricity from the battery of your car and the water molecules will break up into HHO also known as brown gas.

this video is where i learned of it, and it's quite revolutionary, that is if oil companies' lobbyists dont muck up the progress.
what i'm asking is, what is the structure of such a molecule?does one of the hydrogen atoms have a single bond with both the oxygen and the other hydrogen, while the oxygen is only bonded to one hydrogen, or could this molecule basically be a triangle, each atom single-bonded to all the others?? and if so, this breaks the general HONC rule, so could it really be as stable as H2O, even though water has the mickey mouse structure and this HHO gas doesn't???
Uh, he offers no technical description of anything so I can't argue explicitly. Assuming its not complete horseshit, here's the thing, he uses electrolysis to create this HHO gas. The electricity comes from coal burning power plants which is the dirtiest of all fossil fuel combustion. So that doesn't help the environment. Secondly we're talking about a couple energy conversion exchanges which leaves the maximum efficiency around 2%.
From what I make of it, he's not contending that there is energy in water (no shit, its highly reduced), but that it makes a good medium for energy storage. Basically storing the potential energy with electrons in heightened energy states, either in some form of coordinative bonding, some pi anti-bonding orbital craziness.
Assuming everything he says is completely legit, its not that revolutionary. It does not produce energy, merely stores it, supposedly effectively. I'm much more interested in some of the advanced planar capacitors that could/should replace batteries.
