Wall-Mounted Hose Reels
Wall-mounted hose reels are made from professional grade, heavy duty steel that has been powder coated to protect the unit against both the elements and the stress of normal wear and tear. Each reel is made with rolled edges and ribbed discs that provide strength and stability during operation. This prolongs the life of the hose and is safer for workers.
Several different models exist that you can choose from according to the types of hoses and cables, sizes of hoses, and different work environments you need them for. SM Series
The SMK-202 wall mount hose reel swivels on in demand whatever direction you need to work and locks into place. Eight locking positions are available on the unit. These wall-mounted hose reels are compact in design and very lightweight. They work easily with pressures of up to 4,000 PSI. Additional strength and control of the hose come from the "U" shaped base on the unit, and from the hose control bar which keeps the hose from slipping off the side disks.
V/P Series

Because they do not need an external power source to operate, they are ideal for off-road applications.
SPD Series

P-WC

How do you re-tension a Hozelock Auto Reel hose?
The hose went completely back into the reel housing and, as a consequence, the tension is no longer correct and the hose does not fully rewind.
This I think can be answered by this answer from the manufacturer for the below question. I would think that you can do the same with yours as well. Hope this helps!!
Q. My auto reel does not wind back in all the time. What can I do?
A. Pull out all the hose. Clean any excess debris from the outside of the hose such as sand dirt etc with a damp cloth. Now let the hose retract slowly by walking back to the reel holding the end stop. This often allows the hose to layer properly again. When rewinding the hose always walk the hose back to the reel. Never let the hose fly back on its own. Not only is this dangerous it can cause irreparable damage to the reel.
Q. My compact reel (2414/2415) is very difficult to wind in and out.
A. Make sure you are winding in the correct way. There are arrows on the side of the case showing the correct direction. You will have to unwind the entire hose and rewind in the correct direction.
