The kit contains base blocks with 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 bonding ports in various configurations. Bond these together or bond other components to base blocks to meet customized needs for tubing in sizes from 1/16'' to 5/32'' ID in straight, tee or barb configurations. Barbed elements are available in two barbed styles, standard for soft tubing and low-profile for semi-rigid tubing. The kit also includes connections for UNF and small NPT threads. Kits are available in polysulfone or ABS plastic. All bonded fittings may be pressed together, then solvent bonded. To assemble a fitting, press components together in the configuration desired, leaving a 0.01-0.03'' gap between each component. Place components in an orientation to allow a 1/4 turn rotation into final position after applying the solvent. Apply solvent (common solvent include acetone for polysulfone or cyclohexanone for ABS). Apply solvent sparingly with a very small gauge needle (typically 27 or 30), as excessive solvent may hinder the function of the assembly. Wait a few seconds, then rotate the components a 1/4 turn into final position. |

All have some advantages and disadvantages and selecting a body kit of a particular material depends totally on the price, conditions, usage and other various factors. The different materials could be polyurethane body kits and others, made up of fiber glass, carbon fiber, ABS plastic etc.
In this post I intend to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of car body kits made up of polyurethane. I hope this will make your mind even more clear and lead you to a better decision making when selecting the performance kit for your next exterior car modification.
Advantages Of Polyurethane Body Kits
The biggest advantage of attempting your car body modification and then replacing it with polyurethane is its durability. These kits would be more long lasting than the famous fiber glass as the material is more flexible. This flexibility makes it to get mount on your car very easily. So if you are reluctant in changing your car's body kit and consider installing a new one very tough job then polyurethane will change your opinion once and for all. Now coming to the disadvantage because of which you would not love to hit your car and cause an impression on it. Polyurethane body kits are not easily repairable or in some cases, it is impossible do retain the original shape of it and you will only have to replace it with new one as the car dents are not going to be removed you have to be even more careful on the road.

You will have to raise your head and shoulders a little to do this and then do as many repetitions as you can. Take a rest and repeat.
Lower abs development Exercise ball abdominal pulls and hand-leg ab crunches For the exercise ball ab pulls you need to lie on the floor face down and then place your feet on the exercise ball. Raise yourself up as though you are about to take part in a barrow race. Pull your knees towards your chest and the ball will support the weight of your legs. Push the ball back and repeat the process. For hand-leg ab crunches, lie on your back with your arms stretched above the head and the backs of your hands touching the floor. Keeping your limbs as straight as possible raise your left leg at the same time as your left arm and touch your leg. Repeat this on the right side. Once you adapt to the exercise you can use hand weights to increase resistance.

Where can I order plumbing parts from WATCO MFG? I need part # 11027 Direct Drain Tee, Schedule 40, ABS
It's one part in their 917 series Direct Drain Half Kit.
I went to a Ferguson location but the guy refused to help me out finding the part I needed. He was trying to sell me on hiring his friend as a plumber and it was a monumental waste of my time. I guess I'll look up other plumbing supply stores.
Ive used this drain but never seen it in abs shouldn't make a difference just use the green transitional cement.I buy these things from FERGUSON plumbing supply houses. there great to get around floor joists.
