The Steinel 34874 auto body welding kit includes the HG 2310 LCD heat gun, which emits continuously variable airstreams from 3.6 to 17.6 cubic feet per minute (CFM) at temperatures ranging from 120 to 1,200 degrees F. People in all sorts of industries need a quality scale these days. Whether you're a shipper, a warehouse employee or a plant manager, chances are you need the ability to weigh different items quickly and accurately. With so many different types of scales available, though, it's difficult to decide which one it right for you and your company. I'm convinced that the best industrial scale out there is the floor scale - and here's why.
Floor scales are versatile. There is more than one way to get products on and off of it. One of the most common ways is to use a forklift. You simply need to pick up the items to be weighed and place them down on the surface of the scale. The scale then weighs the items, and proceeds to display an accurate measurement on the over-sized LCD screen. If you don't have a forklift, however, there is another easy way to utilize this type of scale. A lot of smaller floor scales, you see, come with little ramps that run off the side of the unit. This allows you, the business owner, to roll merchandise on and off the scale with ease.
Floor scales are also a reasonable size. Hanging scales take up a lot of room in the warehouse. You don't need items like this taking up valuable floor space. Even bench scales have a few disadvantages. If you're work bench looks anything like mine, chances are there isn't enough room on there for a scale. Floor scales, though, just sit on the floor and usually only take about 10 square feet of space. They provide you with extremely accurate weights and also do so in a quick and efficient fashion. Some of the newer units even have on-board digital computers that allow you to analyze the data even after the weighed item is long gone.

LCD Enclosures and where they are used
Originally the LCD enclosure was designed and manufactured for the outdoor digital signage market, to protect the valuable investment for the display, media player and connectivity. Still the demand is vast with company’s deploying digital signs at train stations, airports, ferry ports and in every shopping mall possible.
Historically the problem was that companies did not deploy outdoor signage in areas that were known to be a potential theft or vandal risk; now these new protective TV cases are used in the roughest neighbourhoods imaginable, down to units being installed in Central Park New York.
Now with more and more people putting plasma and LCD televisions outdoors in their backyards, they also need to protect the TV from the weather and potential theft or vandalism.
It is like taking a standard computer and taking it to the dirtiest factory imaginable and leaving the computer there, only finding when you return in 2 or 3 days that it no longer works due to the fluid or dust ingress. Anyone can make a welded steel box, it is however the special electronics that go inside the unit that separates the specialists.
So the unit has to have some built in protection, so for example the protective TV case needs to be either IP65 (European standard) or NEMA 4X (US standard) for preventing water ingress. If you are looking for something to protect from dust, you have to consider a unit with an IP56 standard. The best option is to put a NEMA 4X unit out there and you know it is fine for all year protection.
Then you have to consider cooling as these screens give off a lot of heat, as well as keeping it sealed from the rain, snow and sleet. Then in the colder climates you have to have a heater otherwise the circuitry will corrode with the moisture inside the enclosure.
