Here are some more information for Mig Nozzle:

All consumers want the best product for them. We are talking about good quality with reasonable price. Are you looking for the perfect product? First, you need to know what it does and how it can benefit you as a consumer. Let us talk about pressure washer.
Pressure washers are so called "pump" that works using an electric motor. The pump helps to produce and pressure water. The water runs through the wand with a trigger at the end of it. The nozzle helps to manage and control the flow of water and it acts like a switch to turn it on or off.
Cleaning Capacity and GPM
Now, if you are out there to purchase a pressure washer, you need to determine how the water flows. It is a perfect idea to know the exact speed and measure its cleaning capacity. The more water it produces, the bigger chance of removing dirt or stain. GPM stands for gallons per minute which is often considered as the speed for its cleaning capacity. It is important to consider adjustable settings so as to manage water pressure. Too much of this can cause damage.
Remember PSI and GPM before buying
PSI actually stands for pressure per square inch. Every consumer needs to know the calculation of PSI and GPM. With this computation, you will get the cleaning units.
The exact computation is - CU = PSI x GPM
Now, using this formula, consumers will have an idea how much water runs and flows. Make sure that you are only consuming the amount of power and pressure you need.
Renting
A pressure washer is normally used 20 hours a year. As a consumer, it will be an advantage for you to rent the equipment so as to save and control your spending habits. Always remember that buying a pressure washer may cost you more money. Think about it!
Turbo nozzles
It is not necessary to use turbo nozzles since too much pressure might be triggered. Again, this may cause removal of paint from your car.
Adjustable pressure
This kind of feature is not present on all pressure washers. If you are still looking for one, find something with an adjustable pressure so as to continuously manage water flow.
Before buying your next pressure washer make sure to do your research to make sure you get what you need. A good place to start is by viewing our pressure washer ratings and reviews to see which pressure washer is right for you. What have reviews on all the top brands and models so you can make sure to get the one that is the best. Take a look at our Honda pressure washer review and see if Honda makes the pressure washer that you should go with
Overview of plasma in welding industry
Inventions make the work easier plasma cutter the invention in welding equipment made the welding process easier. Plasma cutting is a process that is used to cut metals, steels and different metals. It is used to cut different metals of different thickness with accuracy. It uses a plasma torch which generates plasma from its nozzle.
What is plasma?
Plasma is a gas in which certain particles are ionized and it has some career which has some electric charge and makes it to conduct electrically. Plasma doesn't have definite shapes or volumes and it was invented by sir William crooks in 1879. There are two types of plasma such as terrestrial and cosmic plasmas. The common example for plasma is lightning.
How do the plasma cutter works?
It works by sending an electric arc through the gas; generally inert gases are passed through. It has a nozzle in which the gas passes through and it cuts the molten metal. A pilot arc is used to ionize the gas and generate the plasma and the torch tip creates a spark and uses high frequency starting circuit to initiate an arc. The nozzles and the electrodes are always in contact and the nozzle is blown out when the gas begins to flow. Hand held torches are used to cut the metal in different sizes.
Plasma gouging the dual role of plasma cutters:
It is another use of plasma cutters and has similar characteristics that of plasma cutting and it uses power source, gas, torch and consumables. Many were unknown of this process and it is used to weld and also remove the welded parts. It has comparable speed, torch angle and gas pressure. It removes crack, porosity and lack of fusion in metals and used in many industrial applications.
Types and techniques of gouging:
The different types of gouging are oxyfuel, mechanical, carbon arc and plasma arc gouging. Out of four gouging processes plasma arc gouging is mostly used because they have low metal rates compared to other gouging process and also it is a noise and smoke free process. The three different gouging techniques followed are straight, side and weaving gouge. Welding operators may use different gouging techniques to achieve different sizes and shapes.
Gouging applications:
Gouging process is widely used in many industrial applications such as heavy equipment repairs, manufacturing of truck tank and steel structures. It de-assembles the welded structure and removes excess materials from castings. Plasma gouging is four times better than carbon arc gouging method.
Plasma spraying:
Plasma spraying is used in coating of materials and they provide temperature and corrosion free materials. Usually liquids or powder is sprayed over the jet and these deposits form as coatings or substrates. It has some significant properties which differ from other materials.
Types of power plasma series:
The different types of power plasma series available are super cut 40 and 50, power plasma 50,60,70,80,100. Each power series has some distinguish features and uses. For example, super cut 40 is used by hobbyist and power plasma 100 is used for industrial and commercial applications.

i have a few welding questions?
who developed mig welding
what happens if shielding ga is not used during gmaw
why was it developed
what is the difference between flux cored electrode welding and gmaw
what is the elcectrode
what is the contact tip
what is the gas nozzle
what is an inhert gas
what happens when helium is used as a shielding gas
what type of power supply does a gmaw need
Shielding gas is used to protect the weld from oxygen preventing oxidizing of the weld to make the weld stronger.
Electrodes are the wire or stick melted when the current from the welder goes though the electrodes
Contact tip is the point where the electrode makes the circuit.
Gas nozzle are for MiG welding the blow the gas where the weld is being made.
