Should I lie to the agencies how does this work?
Someone told me that the VS models actaully lie.
Since you only see them in VS shoots.
Marisa Miller is actaully 5'5, SAME height as me.
Also I heard Miranda Kerr is actaully 5'7, but is listed as 5'9.

I wouldn't recommend lying on you application. If you lie on your application they're not going to take you seriously.
If you get a call back, they're going to realize you're not that actual height and they'll send you right back out the door!
Trust me! I've been sending pics to agencies for years, I just recently signed w/ Ford. It's hard enough to get signed if you actually meet the height requirements, it's 10x's harder when your under 5'9.
I'm not trying to discourage you, you should definitely go for it. I would recommend you going to one of elite's ( or any major agency's) open calls. That way you can talk to them directly and they'll tell you what they think about you overall...your look, height, everything.
Start a portfolio if you haven't already! You can work with amateur photographers, ( try your local university) they'll usually do it for free.
Also, if you're serious get an agent! They're connected with all the agencies.
