Black Gold Vacuum Pump Oil is the Gold Standard in Vacuum pump care. For use in any vacuum pump, Black Gold is extremely pure and non-detergent. Our Black Gold is hydro processed which means it goes through a series of catalytic steps rendering the oil extremely refined, more viscous, and more stable. The result is clear mineral oil which will alert you to contamination sooner as it becomes cloudy or milky. In extreme temperatures, the oil will be more resistant to contaminants. We still recommend, however, that the oil be changed after every evacuation for maximum performance and pump efficiency. The best test to see if your oil is contaminated is through a micron gauge. With a leak-free system, if your DV-22N micron gauge is still not reading a deep vacuum, the oil is too contaminated and should be changed.

YELLOW JACKET vacuum pump oil is specially refined and formulated for extremely low vapor pressure and high pump efficiency at all temperature conditions. This means that with proper maintenance you can get a continued return on your pump investment. Diesel / Biodiesel Pumps 40, 60 & 80 Series Light Oil Pumps Not for use with vegetable oil and other such heavy oils These pumps are designed for light oil pumping applications such as diesel fuel, biodiesel and kerosene. These pumps cannot handle thicker oils such as vegetable oil, transmission fluid or motor oil. Fit with Viton seals, they are 100% biodiesel compatible. Use this pump for fueling vehicles, transfering fluids, filtering fluids & more. The primary function of this pump is for fueling vehicles with an automatic nozzle. The pump will build up pressure to 44 psi max and then be unable to pump anymore. No bypass is needed as the pump will not damage itself when the oil flow is stopped (usually by a nozzel) The pump should not be left on for a long period of time when restricted, as it will wear down the vanes, but it is ok for normal usage. Included with this pump are 2 straight hose barb fittings which use a viton oring to form a proper seal with the pump. Although the fittings on the pump are straight thread, most NPT fittings can be made to fit when using yellow teflon tape. The Lx Hydraulic Hand Pump Oil is specially formulated for hand pumps with anti sludge, anti rust additives. Contains reduced handle effort over other model oil and has good low temperature performance. Use only genuine Enerpac hydraulic oil. The use of any other fluid will render your Enerpac warranty null and void.

Mini-Gear Oil Pump All Metal Pump This pump may be used for pumping oily liquids such as diesel, biodiesel or kerosene. It can pump vegetable oil with a continuous duty cycle if the oil is not too thick. Generally speaking, vegetable oil will need to be around 75° F or higher, depending on how thick it is for this pump to maintain a continuous duty cycle. This pump works excellent for biodiesel processor applications. It is not recommended for pumping heavy oils such as motor oil as the duty cycle is greatly reduced. The mini-gear pump is a pump attached to the motor by a shaft. The pump itself is all metal (metal gears) and can pump hot fluids without overheating the detached motor. The motor is high power and has thermal protection, which will automatically shut off the pump in case of the risk of overheating. These pumps create powerful suction and are self-priming. They can run dry for intermediate amounts of time, allowing for the use of a suction hose for collecting fluids from a tank. These pumps are so powertful they will actually pull and push air through the hose. The metal gears which drive the pumping action can handle a lot of fluids, even if partially dirty. In the case of vegetable oil, any soft particles will pass right through the pump wilth no problems, and are often pulverised by the gears themselves. Hard materials, such as metals, should not be allowed to pass through the pump to prevent damage.
