Here are some more information for Plasma Parts:

When you are looking at 50 inch plasma TVs you will probably feel a little overwhelmed with the choices, not to mention the specifications that can seem like a whole new language.
If you can't afford a top of the line, $5000 plasma TV then you will want to start looking at some of the more affordable options. In days gone by, affordable meant compromising on quality but these days standards have increased drastically. You can now buy excellent quality plasma screens for a fraction of the cost of a few years ago. Whilst the big name brands are still rather expensive, there are some hidden bargains to be found in some of the up and coming manufacturers lines.
For example, the Vizio VP505XVT is this companies best TV yet. Vizio have been making a name for themself over the past few years as makers of very affordable, yet super high quality LCD TV's. They also have a few plasma TVs in their product line and the VP505XVT is the latest and greatest.
If you are worrying about missing out in superior picture quality when buying a plasma from a brand that you may not be to familiar with, don't worry. Whilst there are certainly some brands that I don't recommend you touch, Vizio are actually one of the top selling TV makers at the moment. That means they often outsell Sony, Samsung and other big name manufacturers. In fact, Vizio use many of the same parts as these televisions.
Lets look at some of the positive points of 50 inch plasma TVs from Vizio, in particular the VP505XVT:
1. Inexpensive: you can pick up the VP505XVT at almost half the cost of other 50" plasma screens from some other brands.
2. Deep black levels: you will notice the excellent display of dark colors on screen.
3. Very accurate grayscale
4. Extensive picture control options
5. Excellent video processing
6. Four HDMI inputs
7. Exceptional appearance
Appearance
The appearance of the Vizio VP505XVT does not give an impression of 'cheap'. You will find that it actually looks similar to some Panasonic models with the glossy black frame and black strip border. I really like the bronze speaker bar that is below the frame as it gives a real sense of luxury. You will want to hang this TV on the wall for best results.
Remote Control
Whilst some of Vizio's TV remotes are hard to navigate, they have chosen the better layout for the VP505XVT. The buttons are well spaced and there are yellow backlit keys.
Menu System
The menu system from Vizio has been improved on this plasma screen. You will find that the items are easy to find and there is help text to explain each item.
As far as 50 inch Plasma TVs go, you won't find better value than the Vizio VP505XVT.

Where does the plasma come from?
Where does the plasma in plasma screen televiosions come from. Is there an artificial plasma??? I know that plasma is part of blood but is the plasma in my tv gas extracted from the blood out of living creatures or something else?
Haha, biologists and physicists are probably cringing right now at this question, not because of the question, but because they have a common word for completely unrelated things. The question is a good one, though, and demonstrates the specialized vocabulary of specialized sciences.
Plasma in your blood is simply the liquid part of it. When you bleed, the plasma is what comes out, unless the bleeding is very very serious, such as arterial bleeding.
Plasma in your plasma TV is actually a phase of matter. In early school, we are taught about the three phases of matter, solid, liquid, and gas. There are actually many more uncommon phases of matter, such as superfluid, supersolid, and, you guessed it, plasma. Plasma is simply a gas heated to a certain point that it becomes ionized. What this means is that the electrons which usually orbit individual atoms have taken on enough energy to move freely. They sort of march to their own beat. Plasma is a highly volatile phase for most elements, but the gasses in your Plasma TV are actually quite reserved, or "inert". The gasses are Neon and Xenon, which are found in those colorful signs on restaurant and store windows. When not exposed to electricity, Xenon and Neon just stay inert, not mixing or performing chemical reactions. However, when free electrons are added, Neon and Xenon light up and glow. The two gasss are sandwiched between two layers of glass on your TV and partitioned into small squares, called pixels, which generate color based on three base colors, red, green, and blue, along with an intensity value. When R, G, and B values are all 0, the pixel appears black. When the values are each maxed out, the color appears white. Plasma TVs can thus generate crisp, bright pictures in HD, while being very thin. Plasma is not encountered directly in life. It is used, however, for those signs as well as for fluorescent lights. Also, plasma is very important in hydrogen fusion, the process by which the Sun generates heat and light.
So, don't look for your TV to get a pulse anytime soon.
Hope I helped.
