I have regular ones..but are there any lenses of that sort? Im on computer a lot.
there really isnt "damage" that can be done just sitting at the computer. maybe strain them and make them tired and give you a headache. ask about a rx for the computer. it should bring that distance up clear, to reduce eyestrain.
if you use the computer at night. consider getting anti glare lenses. they help keep out that "bleaching out" effect in your lenses from the light. making your vision as if you didnt have glasses on in the first place.
