Here are some more information for Static Mixer:

Beryllium copper and phosphor bronze springs are able to withstand defections of the same order as spring steels without permanent set. Nickel silver is less satisfactory from this point of view, but is still a very useful material to employ when freedom from corrosion is important, as in precision instruments.
Copper-beryllium alloys contain 1.75/2.5Be-0.5Cu or 0.5Ni and are quenched from 800°C to produce a supersaturated solid solution, followed by tempering at 300°C, possibly with a degree of cold work in between. The final condition and properties depend greatly on the time of tempering, as determining the growth of the R' precipitate and its effectiveness in hardening the alloy. The alloy has a high fatigue strength as well as a high static strength, although not of course, as high as a spring steel. It is thus valuable for Bourdon tubes and bellows in pressure measuring equipment and other applications of a similar sort which require good corrosion and fatigue resistance. It also has a high wear resistance and is resistant to softening up to 250°C. Its hardness makes it suitable (along with aluminium bronze) for hammers and other tools where there is a non-sparking requirement, as in explosives factories and coal mines.
Phosphor bronze springs
Phosphorus is widely used as a deoxidant for standard bronzes at the casting stage, so that most bronzes will contain some residual phosphorus content. With more than 0.1%P the material is an intentionally alloyed phosphor bronze, with compositions in the range 2.5/8.5Sn-0.1/0.35P, where all the phosphorus is retained in solid solution. In the as-cast condition the UTS is -230 MPa with 18% elongation. The level of strength achieved in its fully hard drawn or rolled condition depends on composition, but at the higher levels of tin and phosphorus can reach 700-800 MPa UTS with 5% elongation, controlled by annealing (e.g. 450 MPa and 60% elongation). Because of its good electrical conductivity phosphor bronze is frequently used for brush springs in electric motors. Where it is required to maximize conductivity, these alloys can be readily plated with silver. This is frequently employed for small contact springs carrying substantial current.

Beryllium copper springs and phosphor bronze springs are produced by Simpson Springs in the UK for aerospace customers and beyond.
Generator Hire Is Not Just For Big Business
The word generator is often associated with industrial businesses as well as building sites who require a back up energy supply or extra power to run heavy machinery. This isn't the case however as many event organisers and home owners over look the importance of a generator in everyday life or special occasions.
Don't be fooled with the stereotype associated with generators! While on one hand they can be loud, cumbersome pieces of equipment, the phrase 'big things come in small packages' can just as easily apply. Generators work just as well in a domestic environment as they do in an industrial one. Hiring a generator over the winter months will not only grant you and your family peace of mind, warmth and comfort in the event of winter weather but also provides you with a back up, emergency energy supply should there be a black out or prolonged power shortage.
For those planning a home renovation or building an extension onto their house, calling in a helping hand from a generator is also advisable. Running machinery such as cement mixers and power saws off the mains is neither safe nor useful as the strain from various different pieces of equipment can cause a power outage. If you intend to do a home renovation why not hire your generator at the same time as other pieces of equipment to save on cost? You may also find that hire units are able to advise on the most suitable generator for you based what else you are hiring.
Event organisers will be familiar to the idea of hiring a generator to power their event. From music festivals to weddings, events that are often staged outdoors require assistance from power generators since they might be too far from a static power source. When looking into generator hire, it's advised to have a thoroughly prepared event plan where the amount of power needed is carefully calculated. The most forward thinking of events organisers will also ensure they have spare power allocated in case of an emergency or extra equipment; allowing for their event to go on without a hitch.

I'm using MixPad Audio Mixer and recorded my voice in a song and want to put it on my iPod. How do I do this?
Okay I tried converting the files to wma and mp3 and everything, but none of them work; when I try playing it in iTunes all I hear is static. What's wrong?
Additional comment: there's this little pop-up screen that comes up when I try converting the file too.
First of all, iTunes specializes in AAC Format, which is apples music format like WMA is windows. iTunes is a Apple Program and can only understand Apple Formats and Some MP3's.
Try to convert it to AAC. If you can't convert it to a MP3.
Find your MP3 file and look at the properties (right click file, properties). Check to make sure it is a MP3 and that you can open it with any music player program. If either of these are false, rename the file (
Go to iTunes > Files > Add File(s) > {your song} > If its a WMA, it WILL convert to a AAC if you didn't change any of the settings. If its a MP3, it MAY convert. Play the song in iTunes.
If its still static: its how your MixPad Program is converting or Your Computers Audio is on the fritz.
I recommended Mixcraft, even the Free Trial is Brilliant. I used it all the time. Its basicly the Windows version of GarageBand. The full version is 49.99 or so. Theres sales and stuff on all the time too. This program is the real deal, no viruses, its not freeware. Its used by some of the most decorative studios in the world.
