Here are some more information for Torch Body:

Scuba diving is a fabulous sport to get involved in, but there is a down side - the equipment isn't cheap. If you're planning to do a lot of scuba diving, then you also need to allow for the costs of buying your own equipment.
When you're many meters under the surface of the ocean, you need to be confident that you have the right gear and that it won't break down unexpectedly. So buying good quality scuba diving equipment is important. Still, if you spend some time looking around, it's possible to still buy good gear at cheaper prices. You're going to need a few things, so if you manage to save some dollars, even if it's only on some of your gear, it all helps.
One piece of equipment you need is your mask. This is your window on the underwater world, so make sure it fits snugly and gives you a clear view. Over time a mask does tend to get scratched, so this is one piece of equipment you might not want to buy second hand. You also need a regulator, to help you breathe underwater. Basically, it takes the compressed air in your scuba tanks and reduces the pressure down to a level that is breathable. It only delivers air when you inhale, so that you don't waste the air in your tanks.
Another important piece of equipment is your buoyancy control device, or BCD. It's worn like a vest, and contains an expandable bladder that you inflate with air from your tank as you're diving. This is mandatory, because as you dive deeper, the water pressure increases. So unless you can increase your buoyancy at that point, you will start to sink like a stone.
Unless you're only diving in shallow, warm tropical waters, you're going to want a wet suit. This works efficiently to keep your body temperature at normal levels. The wet suit helps your body to deal with the increased water pressure at depths and also the colder temperatures. Some people are comfortable with a body suit, so that may suit you better. Either way, you end up with a skintight outfit that clings closely to your body.
Again, unless you're only diving in shallow water, you'll need a torch. You can pay anything from $20 right through to thousands of dollars for an underwater torch, so do your research. Having a good torch, though, really makes it easier to see the beauty that's hidden beneath the water. The deeper you go, the less sunlight, and so the less color. It can be quite astounding to look at a bland, brown piece of coral deep under the ocean, only to highlight it with a torch and see it blaze with color.
Most scuba divers like to carry a knife. It's not an essential item, but can be used for digging or prying things. Remember to check whether it's okay to disturb the natural fauna where you're diving. A knife isn't meant to be used as a weapon underwater, unless it's absolutely necessary.
If you're not sure exactly what you need, head for your nearest scuba store and start asking questions. They will be able to assist you with choosing the right gear for your level of experience and the type of diving you're expecting to do.

Losing Body Fat For That Six Pack Abs Look - No Results? Forget The Gimmicks And Fad Diets
Despite the misleading infomercials, the perfectly chiseled fitness models in the commercials did NOT get their perfect body and six pack abs by using that “ab contraption”… they got their perfect body through REAL total body conditioning workouts and REAL nutrition strategies.
You should know by now that spot reduction is a myth. No amount of ab exercises or using the ab gadgets will get you six pack abs or serious loss of body fat. Only by total body conditioning and healthy eating will you burn off that unwanted body fat that will then allow your abs to show.
Ab belts, ab-rockers, ab-loungers, and other infomercial ab-gimmicks… they’re all a complete waste of your time and money and won’t get you six pack abs. Those marathon treadmill sessions forget them they are of some use but there is a much less time consuming way.
Six pack abs and permanent body fat loss are obtained with the use of total body conditioning with the use of compound exercises and short intense workouts.
What are compound exercises? They are exercises that use multiple muscle groups.
*Squats
*Deadlifts
*Bench Presses
*Cleans
*Clean and Presses
*Pull-ups
*Dips
For the ultimate in lean muscle gain and to lose body fat these are the exercises you should be using. You could put together a workout of 3-5 of theses exercises 3 times a week and you would have an excellent total body conditioning workout. Oh and by the way theses workouts shouldn't take you more than 40-45 minutes.
Add in 2-3 Interval Training workouts of 10-20 minutes on the days you don't weight train and you will be taking a blow torch to your body fat.
By focusing more on multi-joint compound exercise as opposed to single-joint muscle isolation, you not only burn a lot more calories during each workout, but you also increase your metabolic rate, and stimulate production of more fat burning and muscle building hormones like growth hormone and testosterone.
Using compound exercises is proven to increase your metabolism which in turn is causing you to lose body fat long after your workout is over. Having lean muscle as opposed to higher levels of body fat causes body fat loss at a higher and faster rate.
Lose Body Fat = Six Pack Abs
Over the last 10 years, scientific research has indicated a couple of very important things to us about exercising for body fat loss. First of all, lifting heavier weights while exercising leads to a higher caloric consumption by the body in the period for about 1-2 days following the workout when compared to lifting light weights with high repetitions. So that’s why 6-8 repetitions per set is better than 12-15 reps per set when it comes to stimulating the metabolism for losing body fat permanently.

Any body shop people with car restoration know how...?
Hi, I have a 72 slant6 and there are some pretty nasty rust areas around the back window just around where the vinyl top used to be. The rust is pretty bad and can not just be repaired, and so I think I will need to find a 'parting car' and graft out the pieces of body that I need to install into mine. I'm looking for some direction on what tools that I will need to do this. Will I need a metal saw?...a torch of some kind? ...I'm a newb. Here is a general idea of what I'm looking to do...
