theres a website based in america that sells these, would it be illegal for me to order them and have them delivered to my house in virginia? the reason why im asking is because these cacti have the same major alkaloid that peyote does--mescaline, which is a schedule 1 substance.
i can see how dried chips could be prosecuted as a container of a schedule 1 substance, but would i get in trouble from ordering from this site? the san pedro and peruvian torch are both legal to possess etc etc. but the dried chips?
