Here are some more information for Vapor Recovery:
Almost all racing which requires refueling uses some form of dry break for the exchange of fuel. These connectors are high flow nozzles which automatically start and stop the flow of fuel. The most basic systems flow well over 8 liters per second. Due to the very high flow venting the fuel cell can be an issue. This is handled in one of a few ways. The most basic method is a large diameter vent hose coming from the fuel cell which leads to a catch can NASCAR uses this method or the next. The next method involves a discriminator valve to separate fuel from vapor. The vapor is then vented leaving the fuel in the cell. The third method, common in Indy, utilizes two dry brakes. One to deliver fuel, and one to capture vapor. Below is a redhead dry break common in NASCAR, ALMS, GT, and several other bodies.
When the nozzle's outer cover makes contact with the female end of the break a male probe is exposed. If everything is lined up the nozzle will open revealing a forcing cone which aids in rapid delivery. As soon as the nozzle is pulled back fuel flow automatically stops. Several agencies are trying to mandate systems like these for passenger cars. They would not only aid in safety, but also emissions as they are easily adaptable to vapor recovery systems. Nitric Oxide For MMA Fighters: It's Not Just For Bodybuilding Anymore
It’s not really complex; Nitric Oxide (NO) causes vasodilation (increases the diameter of the vessel). That results in more blood being supplied to the muscle. The more blood supplied, the more nutrients, energy substrates, oxygen, etc the muscle gets. The end result: a highly anabolic environment that breeds huge muscles. It’s simple. What would you rather put a fire out with: a garden hose or a fire hose? Like I said, it makes sense.

Please help - really runny nose?
I've been suffering with the flu for a few days now and I can just about handle it but the thing that is bothering me the most is that my nose will literally not stop running (as in I need to blow/wipe my nose about once every 10 seconds) and it has been this way for almost two days now (needless to say my nose is red raw).
Does anyone have any suggestions what to do? I've tried breathing in vic's vapors; boiling hot water; dunking my nose in cold water; even sniffing a marker pen! And nothing makes the constant flow of snot subside.
Can anyone please help? I've not got any sleep in the last two days as the snot just goes everywhere or congregates in my throat (yuck) and the lack of sleep is not helping my recovery. Similarly, I cannot just go to the doctor as due to the swine flu pandemic, all flu sufferers are told to remain at home.
Help!
Take sudafed, but get the stuff at the pharmacy that's behind the counter, you don't need a prescription to get it, but its not just out on the shelves. Also, buy some puffs plus with lotion, they are very soft and gentle on a raw nose. I hope you get better!
