How to Save Water in Your Home

yeah i think it's just the side of the disposal cuz i can use the other side right now !! so do i have to get the disposal out of there to fix it now ? !!!
Sounds like your sink trap is clogged,use your plunger to clear the trap in the sink maybe both.
