Projector Headlights? Angel eyes? Halos? Blue light? Projectors headlights originated about twenty years ago. It is technology taken from racing vehicles that were driven at high speeds and at night. How difficult is it to put a body lift on?
I want to put a body lift on my ford explorer. I have found a kit but in order to have them install it, it is $700. Is it just me or is that a bit extreme? How hard is it for 2 men to put a 3" body lift on a Ford Explorer? And how long would it take us? I have basic knowledge of cars and have tools and and a welder. Is that enough to do something like this? Any help or suggestions you have please let me know. My email is johndeere258@yahoo.com
Well if yall think that it is easier to put on a suspension lift, could you help me find one. I cant find one any where. How expensive are they and could i be able to put that on myself? Thanks
Pretty much as Kopler said, your main points are your radiator and trans linkages, and if you have a 4x shift lever coming thru the floor, you may trim the opening (like a stick shift lever). Just take your time...
BTW, check to see how legal it is, body lift show real well thru the wheel wells, unless you buy fender lips to hide it.
