Here are some more information for Welding Jacket:

Romex is a type of electrical wire that's mostly used in homes and buildings. The term electrical wire is just more broad and used in the electrical field. There are a few different types of wire in that field like Romex, UFB cable and THHN wire.
THHN wire is a one conductor bare copper wire with a PVC jacket and nylon coating. The most popular awg sizes from my experience are THHN 12 and THHN 4/0. The PVC jacket is the cheapest type of insulation because it doesn't need any more than that. The nylon coating is for moisture protection and it has a small amount of lubrication for easier installation in conduit. THHN wire can be used indoors, outdoors or in conduit. It cannot be used directly in the ground. Many people ask to use THHN wire as dog fence wire and it doesn't work.
Romex wire is very similar because it's a cable filled with two or three THHN wires and a bare copper ground wire. The Romex 14/2 and Romex 6/3 have proven to be the most popular awg sizes based on volume. Romex only has a very light PVC jacket over it so it can't go outdoors or in conduit at all.
How can THHN wire go outdoors, but then THHN with an additional PVC jacket can't? The reason is based on the ground wire not the THHN. The ground wire doesn't have any insulation so if moisture penetrates the outer jacket than it will directly hit the bare copper. Romex cable was made to run more than one conductor at a time along with a ground wire.
The next upgrade is to UFB cable which is a very popular type of electrical wire. It's the kind of cable that can do almost anything. It was made to be outdoors, in conduit and directly underground. So you might also hear it referred to as underground cable. UFB 6/3 and UFB 8/3 are the most popular awg sizes of underground cable because you'll usually need a bigger awg size when running the wire outdoors.
As you would probably think, each type of electrical wire gets more expensive as you upgrade because they perform more functions. Most times the wire or cable doesn't have to go outdoors so the Romex wire is the most popular. The UFB cable isn't that much more expensive than the Romex because it's just a different insulation and the biggest cost is the copper inside.
WesBell Electronics Inc sells all different types of Electrical Wire. We don't have minimums so we allow our customers to cut and pay for THHN Wire by the foot. If you need to run more than one wire at a time then I recommend Romex Wire for indoors or UFB cable for outdoors. We still sell the cables by the foot and ship everything out same or next day for quickest delivery. Please call with any questions you might have regarding wire and cable.
Zero Leakage Ventilators for Sulfur Recovery
Tenderall Fan Co. engineers gas-tight and zero leakage steam-jacketed blowers for Sulfur Recovery in Cemical Industry.
Hydrogen Sulfide H2S is a main source of sulfur. In high concentrations it can be lethal. It occurs in natural gas, oil, volcanic emissions, and some mineral springs. In oil rfining processes its presence is undesirable, and it must be removed. The Clause process is one of the methods used to remove the hydrogene sulphide, and while doing so, recover elementar sulfur.
In pactice this sulfur removal process requires a gas-tight, zero leakage, high temperature and high pressure blower for intermittent duty that must handle toxic gases and must be capable of being brought on line immediately upon demand. To do this the following features on the blower must be provided:
- Double welded casing construction;
- Steam flows between the housing walls to maintain a constant 285 F gas temperature inside the fan (because below 285 F sulfur will change from a gaseous to a solid state and will "freeze" to the blower surfaces causing damage or destruction);
- A mechanical shaft seal with heat tracing and purge by air or nitrogen;
- To assure tight tolerances between the shaft and shaft seal, the housing should be supported at the centerline, and grows concentric to the fan shaft when exposed to heat.: since this support isolates housing from the drive and mounting bases, housing thermal growth doesn't cause forces to be applied to these bases.
- To prevent the shaft from taking a permanent set when the blower is idle but still exposed to the high temperature, a turning gear is provided to keep the blower rotating at a very slow speed of 25 - 40 RPM; alternatively a VFD speed control can be used
Steam jacketed construction can also be used in other thermally critical chemical processes. As to air-tifgt and zero-emission construction, it is used in the following industries:
* Pollution Control
* Pulp and Paper Industry
* Printing and Converting
* Chemical Plants
* Power Generation
* Research and Development
* Petroleum
* Food Processing
* Paint and Ink Industries
for containment of hazardous organic and inorganic compounds in industrial process plants and other critical applications. Special construction and shaft sealing devices are available for blower service requiring zero or minimal gas leakage into and out of casing.
Tenderall Fan Co. has a lot of experince with gas-tight and zero-leakage construction on fans and blowers, including: multistage lip shaft seals; Buna-N, Viton and Teflon seals; mechanical shaft seals; special fan housing gasketings; single and double carbon ring seals; hermetically sealed blowers; magnetofluidic and ferrofluidic seals; and packed stuffing boxes with barrier liquids and purgeable seals.
Specific code welding processes and special fan design features are used too - to ensure complete gas tight integrity.
Some special materials and alloys frequently used in gas tight fans, especially for service in hazardous, abrasive, corrosive and high temperature environments, include:
Corten, ASTM A36 Carbon Steel, Hastelloy, Inconel, Stainless Steels of different kinds, Titanium, Monel, Aluminum, Teflon, Rubber LIning. These materials are typical for industrial applications requiring high strength alloys and super alloys too.
Tenderall Fan Co. is a world wide distributor of industrial process ans OEM fans and blowers, as well as fan components; including high pressure blowers, high temperature fans, spark resistant and explosion proof ventilators, tubeaxial and vaneaxial high pressure ventilators. Canada Blower also does existing fans and blowers repairs, re-build, as well as dynamical wheels balancing.

How do I clean a suede leather work jacket?
This is an old leather jacket I use for welding. It is just plain dirty. Oily, black, sooty dirt. Normally my similarly dirty jeans wash up well with normal detergent. I don't care if it gets water stained, but I don't want to make it useless, either. I just want to clean it. Any ideas?
Tenderly Leather Cleaner & Conditioner:
One suggestion is to apply Tenderly leather cream to the entire suede shoe (or suede item) with the sponge applicator provided. Any stubborn or stained areas can be rubbed with extra pressure using the sponge applicator to help lift or remove the stain. Leave it overnight to fully dry and then buff lightly with a bath towel to return some of the nap and remove the dirt and other impurities. A suede brush can then be used to fully raise the nap.
The advantage of doing the whole shoe or item is that you don't end up with "clean spots" with some parts looking lighter than others due to being cleaner.
Steam:
If you have a steamer (such as those used to steam shirts and suits) you can hold the suede item about 6 inches above the steam jet. Keep the amount of moisture penetrating the suede leather to a minimum, and just leave it in the steam long enough to heat the suede. Once heated use a special suede brush to brush the nap back up. This should also brush out most dirt and other particles, remove stains and give the suede a clean new look.
Another suggestion is to create the steam you need by boiling a pot of water and placing your item over the pot and follow the procedure described above.
Rolled Oats:
Using the oats that you would get for making oatmeal or porridge, rub the suede all over with the oats. Leave the powder overnight and the next morning brush the item with a suede brush.
